Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

• You will receive tracking information once your order ships, or a notification when it is ready for pickup

• Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods

Backorders & Preorders

Some items may be listed as backorder or preorder.

• Backorder/preorder items typically ship within 2–4 weeks

• Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary based on supplier availability

• Orders containing backorder/preorder items may ship together once all items are available

• Backorder/preorder purchases may not be cancelled once fulfillment has begun

• Delays related to manufacturer or supplier availability are outside of our control

Shipping

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment

• Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees

• Idle Hands Tattoo & Piercing is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, customs delays, or service interruptions

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout

• Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are the responsibility of the customer

• Once marked Delivered by the carrier, the package is considered fulfilled and becomes the responsibility of the recipient

• Idle Hands Tattoo & Piercing is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after carrier confirmation of delivery

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at: admin@idlehandstattoo.ink
Include order number, photos, and description of the issue.

Local Pickup (Free)

Pickup Location:
Idle Hands Tattoo & Piercing – [Your Address], Knoxville, TN

• Pickup orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days

• Customers must wait for a Ready for Pickup notification before arriving

• A valid photo ID and order confirmation are required

• Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification

Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be cancelled, restocked, or subject to store credit at management discretion.

Sterile Body Jewelry Notice

Body jewelry is considered a sterile product. Once opened, worn, or removed from its sterile condition, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for confirming correct size, style, and compatibility before leaving the studio or opening shipped items.

Chargebacks, Payment Disputes & Fraud Protection

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Idle Hands Tattoo & Piercing directly to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Submitting a chargeback for a valid, fulfilled, or delivered order may be considered fraudulent. Idle Hands Tattoo & Piercing reserves the right to provide order confirmations, tracking records, pickup verification, communication logs, and policy agreements to the payment processor to dispute chargebacks.

Accounts associated with fraudulent disputes, abuse of refund policies, or attempted chargeback misuse may be restricted from future purchases.

Right to Refuse & Policy Enforcement

Idle Hands Tattoo & Piercing reserves the right to:

• Refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion

• Limit quantities or deny suspicious transactions

• Refuse refunds, exchanges, or claims that do not meet stated policy requirements

• Update or modify policies at any time without prior notice
